Florida Consumer Lawyers successfully brought a lawsuit against a major Tampa Bay area mobile home park landlord for charging tenants for water usage. A client came to Florida Consumer Lawyers over a separate dispute and during the review of the lease and client's payment ledger, our lawyers discovered that the landlord was passing off the park's water bills to the tenants even though the lease specifically stated that water was included in the rent payment.
